Prayer Guide for Sunday, August 24, 2025

1. Praise our Great God of salvation, the very one who promises to finish what He began in us at the Day of Christ Jesus.
   
2. Thank Jesus for submitting to the Father’s will, at great cost to Himself, all to secure our redemption.
   
3. Ask God to make us humble like Jesus was humble. Ask for grace to adopt the attitude of considering others as more significant than ourselves. Pray that we will embrace our identities as servants of Jesus and servants of others.
4. Confess to God as sin our desires to be seen as great in the eyes of others. Ask God to remove pride from our lives.
   
5. Pray for our music ministry as the choir season starts back up. Pray that God would raise up people who desire to use their musical gifts to help lead others in worship!
