Prayer Guide for Sunday, September 28

1. In preparation for the Lord’s Supper this Sunday, spend time praising and thanking God for salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
   
2. In preparation for the Lord’s Supper this Sunday, ask God to illumine areas of sin struggle in your life. Confess your need for grace and ask God to sanctify you more into the likeness of Christ.
   
3. Praise the God who loves us and graciously provides for all our spiritual and physical needs.
   
4. Ask God to both deepen your love and devotion to Him and to strengthen your love for your neighbor.
   
5. Ask God for opportunities to share His love with those who are far from His Kingdom. Pray that the Holy Spirit would open their eyes to see Jesus’ true identity.
   
6. Pray that our Wednesday evening and Sunday evening ministries would be effective in proclaiming Christ and making disciples.
