STUDENT LIFE CAMP 2022
From Tuesday, July 5 at 8:00am to Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 12:00pm
Student Life Camp is our annual summer camp for students ages 6th-12th grade. This year our students will be attending Student Life Camp in Glorieta, NM. Dates are July 5-9, 2022
Please complete the following:
-Registration Information CLICK HERE
-Print & carefully complete the "2022 Medical Release" CLICK HERE & "Student Life 2022" forms and submit to the church office
-Submit your payment $300 to the church office (Registration begins Wednesday, May 4 until Friday, June 17)
-CAMP PARTICIPANT FORM:
Each person attending Student Life Camp must complete a Participant Form (including all adult leaders).
1. Scroll down the page and click on "Parents Click Here"
2. Click on "REC Camp"
3. Click "Participant Form" (All other locations)
4. Put in this 5 digit ID "80242"
5. Fill out form
The form can be signed electronically and does not require a notary stamp. Group Leaders will receive a copy of the completed forms to their email address.
DEADLINE for all of the above is Friday, June 17, at 5:00pm.
