Prayer Guide for Sunday, September 6, 2026
- Give thanks for Jesus and for what He accomplished at the cross for your salvation.
- Pray for a heart ready to accept that weakness is the way of the cross and the path of Christian discipleship.
- Ask God to help you seek the power of the Spirit more than you seek the worldly power of performance and eloquence in the church.
- Pray that God would keep the Gospel central in our church and that nothing but the Gospel would be what people are won with or attracted by.
- Pray for our College and Career ministry at TBC. Ask God to bless us with more young men and women ready to connect and serve. Pray for the WT lunch on September 2 and the AC lunch on September 10 that TBC will provide.
- Continue to pray for our Discipleship and Missions Pastor Search Committee. Pray that our team would be sensitive to the direction God leads.
