Prayer Guide for Sunday, August 9, 2026 

1. Give thanks that the God of peace is with us always when we faithfully follow Him.
2. Ask God to continually mold your character into the character of Jesus. Pray for grace to think and dwell only on things that are worthy and excellent.
3. Pray that God’s Spirit will help you practice what you have learned of His truth and His ways.
4. Ask God to give you divine appointments with the lost and unchurched this week. Pray for boldness to share the gospel, encourage the wandering, and invite the unchurched.
5. Pray for the TBC College Ministry as our students prepare to return to school. Pray for good relationships with other believers, for faithful commitment to a local church, and for perseverance in academic study.
6. Pray for God to bless TBC as we shift to two worship services. Ask God to help us to intentionally and faithfully reach the lost and disciple the saved.
